Sometimes it is very common for customers to "double book" with multiple brokers thinking this will give them a better chance at getting their vehicle dispatched. The fact is, all brokers are using the same resources to find a carrier. When a vehicle is "double booked" it only delays the process and confuses the carriers who are searching for their next vehicle to pick up, thus you may be ignored.

"I was purchasing a Volvo in Florida from Fitzgerald Auto Mall and Pat Lynch (president of Ultimate Auto Shipping) and I were making arrangements to have it delivered to me in Kentucky. Pat was right on top of expediting the transport process...... within two days of my initial contact with him, he had a carrier slot for my "new car" and at a good price!!! The Dealership Internet Manager at Fitzgerald Auto Mall started to make some strange demands before we could close the deal and get the car on the transport. He started trying to strong arm me into paying insane add on's! The MANAGER tried to force ME into paying THEM for shipping costs that Pat and I arranged totally outside of the car's purchase price. The whole "deal" was getting out of hand. I was getting hard pressure from the Auto Mall when their insistence became frightening to me. It made no sense for them to insist I pay them for shipping so they could "cut the check to the delivery guy" (before he delivered the car to me!) in order to "PROTECT MY INTERESTS
Pat came to my rescue with the voice of reason! He ended up losing my shipping deal, because I cancelled purchasing the car from Fitzgerald Auto Mall, BUT he protected me from this unscrupulous used car dealer!!!
I am so grateful to Pat. He went out of his way to assist me in a professional, legal and upfront manner. He saved the day, lost the deal but made me a friend and grateful future customer for life!
