Mr. Lynch stood behind his promise

"I needed a car shipped from VA to GA within a 3 days. Because Mr. Lynch was very helpful during initial contact I decided to let Ultimate Auto Shipping transport my car. There was an initial mix up on the driver's part and things looked like they were going sour. Mr Lynch stepped up to the plate and went to bat for me.

At almost 10:00 pm, he contacted the dispatcher and handled the matter to insure the deliver would be on time the following day. Throughout the next day he was in constant contact both with me and the driver. He stood up for me and got the truck company to do whatever was needed to get my vehicle here on time. As long as I receive this level of service, I will not bother checking with other transport companies. "This was my first experience shipping a vehicle and like many others I was initially bombarded by many companies. I was going to go with another company who actually came in cheaper through uShip but it was Pat's personal attention that won him my business. Great communication!

Pickup went great, driver was careful (this is a specialty vehicle) and picked up a day earlier than expected. I was even able to include some extra parts that were included with the sale of the vehicle. This probably saved me a few hundred extra in shipping alone.

My only real complaint was that the vehicle could not be tracked and it arrived a day later than expected. Not a big deal. No tracking seems standard for most carriers except for DAS which I would never use given the research I have done. Thanks again!" - Justin Durrant 9/1/2011
